You will need a number of documents to fullfill your administration requirements and you will need documents that relate to your artistic practice. We explain them here.

Je zult een aantal documenten nodig hebben voor de administratie, maar je zult ook een aantal documenten moeten opladen die te maken hebben met je artistieke praktijk. We leggen hier uit wat je moet aanleveren.

Je zult je diploma en supplementen moeten opladen en indienen, zodat kan worden nagegaan of je aan de minimumvoorwaarden voldoet. Alle details daarover staan in deze sectie.
Translations
Vertalingen
You are required to upload your diploma and transcripts in original language. However, we can only read Dutch, French, English and German documents. If your diploma in original language is not issued in of these 4 languages, you will also be required to upload an official translation into one of these 4 languages (English is preferred) by a sworn translator.
Je zult je diploma en supplementen in originele taal moeten opladen. Wij kunnen echter enkel documenten lezen die in het Nederlands, Frans, Engels of Duits werden opgesteld. Indien je diploma in originele taal niet in één van deze vier talen werd opgesteld, zul je ook een officiële vertaling in één van deze vier talen (voorkeur: Engels) en gemaakt door een beëdigd vertaler moeten opladen.

Identify yourself by uploading a clear copy of your passport, ID, residence permit ... Please make sure that we can clearly read your name.
Identificeer jezelf door een duidelijke scan van je ID, paspoort, verblijfsvergunning ... op te laden. Het is van belang dat we je naam duidelijk kunnen lezen.
Chinese Students : APS Certificate
Chinese Studenten: APS Certificaat
Chinese students who wish to study in higher education in Flanders, need to submit an APS certificate valid for studies in Flanders. Find out more about this in this section.
Chinese studenten die in Vlaanderen in het hoger onderwijs willen studeren, dienen een APS Certificaat voor studies in Vlaanderen in te dienen. Meer info daarover vind je in deze sectie
Master Proposal or Motivation + Portfolio
Mastervoorstel of Motivatie + Portfolio
Invitations to auditions or interviews are based on master proposal or motivation letter and/or portfolio. Find out who needs to submit what in this section.
Een uitnodiging naar een auditie of interview is geboseerd op een mastervoorstel of motivatiebrief en/of portfolio. In deze sectie kom je te weten wie wat moet indienen.
