PART 1: Practical exam
The practical exam consists of three parts:
1) Test elementary technique on a keyboard/piano
2) Test own instrument (if not keyboard/piano) or test musical expression instrument (ex. laptop)
3) Evaluation of your portfolio (scores, recordings etc.)
PART 2: Interview
After your exam, there will be an interview with the Orientation Committee about your motivation, artistic discipline, communication skills and knowledge of the specific domains of performing music. The Orientation Committee consists of several teachers and experts in the field you are applying for. The Orientation Committee makes the final decision on enrolment in the master course.

DEEL 1: Praktijkexamen
Het praktijkexamen bestaat uit drie delen:
1) Test elementaire techniek op een keyboard/piano
2) Test eigen instrument (indien geen keyboard/piano) of test instrument voor muzikale expressie (bijv. laptop)
3) Evaluatie van je portfolio (partituren, opnames etc.).
DEEL 2: Interview
Na je examen volgt er een gesprek met de Oriëntatiecommissie over je motivatie, artistieke discipline, communicatieve vaardigheden en kennis van de specifieke domeinen van de uitvoerende muziek. De Oriëntatiecommissie bestaat uit verschillende docenten en deskundigen op het gebied waarvoor je solliciteert. De Oriëntatiecommissie neemt de uiteindelijke beslissing over de inschrijving voor de masteropleiding.

General Intake Requirements
Holder of a bachelor degree in music creation.
Houder van een bachelor in scheppende muziek.
