The School of Arts only accepts true and authentic diploma documents to avoid document fraude. Therefore, depending on the country your diploma and transcripts were issued, you will need either a certification stamp, an apostille stamp or a legalisation stamp. Without having submitted a physical copy containing the original of this stamp, the School of Arts cannot issue a formal invitation to enroll or enroll you.
To put things clear: you do not need this stamp on your documents to apply and do an interview/audition, but you will need to submit it before you enroll or wish to receive an invitation to enroll. Obtaining these authentications can take up quite a bit of time, so take care of this as soon as you can.

The School of Arts kan enkel authentieke, gewaarmerkte diplomadocumenten aanvaarden, teneinde documentfraude te voorkomen. Daarom - afhankelijk van het land waarin je diplomadocumenten werden uitgegeven - zul je ofwel een certificeringsstempel, een apostillestempel of een legalisatiestempel op je documenten moeten zetten. Zonder een fysieke kopie van je documenten waarop de originele stempel staat, kan de School of Arts geen uitnodiging tot inschrijven opmaken / je inschrijven.
Voor alle duidelijkheid: je hebt de stempel niet nodig op je documenten om je aan te melden of om het interview/de auditie te doen, maar je zult het document met originele stempel wel moeten opsturen voor je komt inschrijven of voor je een formele uitnodiging tot inschrijven kunt ontvangen.
